Every item at Kish Kids Baby Shop is inspected and packed before dispatch. If an item arrives defective or you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on WhatsApp (+254 110662301) or by visiting our shops in Ruiru (HQ) or Westlands, Nairobi.
We will gladly arrange an immediate exchange or replacement for unused items in their original packaging.
